Unnamed Idle RPG Prototype - v0.03 update

This update adds a bunch of UI, UX changes as well as adding some more core features to the game.

• Skill Mastery Bars
• Skill Talents
• Faster Time
• Extract Time
• Tutorial Blips
• Settings Screen

And tons and tons of tweaks.

Currently there is around 1-2 hours of "content" .. which really is just an exploration of the systems as opposed to some type of balanced experience.
